Refund Policy

You are most likely making a payment for amounts already invoiced to you for services rendered and have elected to pay by credit or bank card. For deposits on services not yet rendered, and if you choose to not use my services, the deposit will be returned in accordance with the terms of our agreement (including prorated refunds). For any other payments received, the payment will be returned immediately upon request, providing no services have been performed.

Any refund or charge back for any reason that are for services already rendered, I will simply issue a full credit against the credit card payment. The amount is still due and payable in accordance with our agreement. A check mailed to the address on the invoice will satisfy the payment.

Privacy Policy

We respect and protect your privacy. Information that may specifically identify you as an individual is never shared with any third parties.

We use a PCI compliant gateway for our credit card processing and, as such, do not have access to your credit card information. If we do have access to your credit card information for any reason we destroy the credit card information and it's never kept on file.

You are most likely making a payment related directly or indirectly to CPA services already performed or product already delivered. As such, the some information about you is kept as a part of your file as required by a variety of Federal and California laws. This information is never shared with third parties. This information is kept in an enrypted format to future protect it.

Delivery Policy

As mentioned above, in most all cases, you are paying for services or products already delivered. For anything to be delivered by electronic download, the download will usually be available immediately, but no longer than 4 hours.

These policies may change from time to time. Such changes will be posted on this page.

All prices and fees collected are in U.S. Dollars
